Renewable Energy (Alderney) (Amendment) Law, 2011

Following a period of consultation, the Draft Renewable Energy (Alderney) (Amendment) Law, 2011 was approved by the States of Alderney Policy & Finance Committee at their meeting of 24 October and was subsequently approved by the States of Alderney at the States Meeting of 16 November. The Amending Law will now go to The UK Ministry of Justice to be presented for Royal Sanction. When Royal Sanction is given it will be registered by the Royal Court in Guernsey and then commenced by Ordinance of the States of Alderney.
