Applications & Licensees

As part of the requirements of an application for a Licence, under section 5 (4) of The Renewable Energy (Alderney) Ordinance 2008, the Commission shall make details of an application available for public inspection via this website.

Objections and other representations to an application should be made to the Commission within 21 days of the publication of the notice of application which will be available here, and at our offices, together with a copy of the application.
