Ordinances approved by The States of Alderney

At the meeting of the States of Alderney on 10 November the resolution to enact the Renewable Energy (Alderney) Law,2007 by Ordinance was approved which established the Alderney Commission for Renewable Energy (ACRE) as a statutory body. At the same meeting the Renewable Energy (Alderney) Ordinance,2008 was approved which provides the detailed framework within which ACRE will carry out its functions.
