Commissioners sign a first licence for tidal development

The Alderney Commission for Renewable Energy (ACRE) have signed a licence with Alderney Renewable Energy Limited under Part 11, section 9 of the Renewable Energy (Alderney) Ordinance, 2008. This 65 year licence is to exploit 50% of Alderney's territorial waters up to the three mile limit.
