Commissioner Appointment

The Commission is pleased to welcome on board a newly appointed Commissioner, Captain Robert Barton, as of April 2010.
Captain Barton has extensive marine experience and skills that will be a valuable asset to the Commission, in particular within its regulation of Alderney's Tidal Power Project.
