A Licence is required to

1. Operate, deploy, use, or arrange for (including marine survey work) the use of any renewable energy system on the Island of Alderney or within the territorial waters of Alderney.
2. Manage or be concerned in the management of, any renewable energy system on the Island of Alderney or within the territorial waters of Alderney.
3. Decommission or arrange for the decommissioning of, any renewable energy system on the Island of Alderney or within the territorial waters of Alderney.
